Another project done and online. PeterLipsey.com is a very simple site for Chicago comedian Peter Lipsey. All of the content was fairly easy to crossover from his old design. I did a quick clean-up on composition and added a few more media features.
Quite possibly its strongest feature has to be its YouTube integration. Instead of hosting his own large video files (in various formats), he opted to jump on the YouTube bandwagon. This has proved to be a valuable marketing asset on his part. YouTube users check out his videos at random and then have the chance to visit his website if they like what they see. Believe it or not, this drills in more traffic than I ever expected.

I’m just now putting the finishing touches on my latest project, pamelainc.com. Pam is an extremely talented fashion photographer and close friend. So when she asked me to compose an online portfolio for her, I couldn’t refuse.
This simple flash site has a strong design inspired Pam and her work. Bold reds and oranges manifest and create the sites boundaries where images take the main stage. Its main features are three robust XML galleries stocked with hot fashion imagery. The mp3 player bumps Gorillaz while the user clicks through one picture after the next. The interface is a testament to its simplicity with scrolling text boxes and a quick easy to use feedback form.
I wish all clients could be like Pam; a strong vision with the artistic content to back it up. Go check Pam’s site out and commission her services, (she does weddings too) and tell her I sent you!
